Glad it resonated. One approach to the challenge is to assign specific roles to specific days or segments of days. For example, Mondays are for dreaming forward (Entrepreneur) and Fridays are for reflecting and adjusting (Manager). It may not be possible. But since the roles can conflict, it’s helpful to give them their own space.
I think Weber called these three types Prophets, Priests, and Magicians...
